Coolibah Care is currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and innovative Lifestyle and Wellness Partner to work within our Lifestyle Team . You will work together with other members of the team in order to provide residents with the best day possible.
You will engage with the residents to identify areas of interests and plan and facilitate fun, meaningful and engaging activities for residents in either a group or individual setting, to suit individual needs.
You will also be required to support our care team, as needed, with basic aspects of care, including assisting the residents to eat meals and pushing wheelchairs to and from activities.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Certificate IV Lifestyle and Health, or a similar qualification
- Experience working within an aged care environment in a similar role
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Current National Police Clearance (obtained within last 3 months)
- A friendly, bright and bubbly personality with good communication skills.
This is a permanent part-time position, with shifts including morning, afternoons and weekends.
