Coolibah Grove Studios
If you are looking for a cosy space to create your new home, Coolibah’s single room Studios are the perfect solution to simple living in the community you love. Situated in the heart of the vibrant Coolibah precinct, our studios have everything you need to remain self-contained but not burdened with maintaining a large home.
You will enjoy the security of a shared environment. You can choose with all the comforts of community living to join in the many social events available or enjoy your privacy. Home cooked meals created on site by our catering partner, Cater Care, are available at very competitive prices for each meal every day of the week. You may choose to have meals delivered to your door or you are welcome to join our communal café dining located in the nearby facility.
Many of our clients enjoy the convenience of Home Care services located on site. And if you don’t yet have a Home Care package, Coolibah offers private, competitively priced concierge services, including all the little extra support services to make your life easier.
Fees
Grove Studios are available for rent and offer all of the usual benefits of a rental option.

Coolibah Grove Units
Grove Units are an excellent solution for those wanting a manageable but spacious one bedroom home. Set amongst the gardens of the Coolibah precinct our units offer easy access to all available services.
Grove Units offer all the comforts of community living and you are welcome to join in the vibrant social lifestyle as little or as much as you like.
Competitively priced home cooked meals, created on site by our catering partner, Cater Care, are available in our café style dining rooms in the nearby facility or delivered to your door
Many of our clients enjoy the convenience of Home Care services located on site. If you do not yet have a Home Care package, you may be interested in our private concierge services, including all the little extra support services you may want to stay independent.

Coolibah Grove Villas
These architecturally designed, two bedroom apartments with full kitchen and private courtyard are amongst the newest buildings on site and are set amongst well-appointed gardens
Solar passive design delivers a constant year-round temperature, while retaining a bright, airy and fresh living space.
As the villas are situated at the northern end of our main precinct, you gain all the benefits of a shared environment, while enjoying a private setting.
You have the option to join our friendly residents at regular activities and events as often as you wish. You may wish to take advantage of other services we have to offer, including delicious home cooked meals served in our café style dining areas or delivered to your door.
Ultimately, you have the comforting benefit of knowing our Home Care and concierge teams are available on site, should you ever need a little, or a lot, of support to help you remain independent.

What is the process to apply for residential care?
To apply for residential care at Coolibah Care an application form needs to be completed, accompanied by supporting documentation such as an ACAT assessment. Click here for more information or get in touch with us.
What services am I eligible for through the Support at Home program?
The services you receive depend on your assessed needs and the supports you have been approved for. To learn more, contact our Home & Community Team or visit our Support at Home page.
What respite services do you offer?
We offer a range of services including day, low care / cottage respite and residential respite for a higher level of care. Referral codes are required for these services. Reach to our Respite Coordinator or visitor our Respite Care Page to find out more.
Do you have independent living unit available?
Contact us to find out about our vacancies in our aged care independent living village. You can apply online and we do take waitlists if there is no immediate vacancy at our Mandurah retirement village.
Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD)
Voluntary assisted dying is designed to offer eligible Western Australians an additional option for end-of-life decisions within the context of high-quality, patient-centered end-of-life care. Coolibah Care adheres to the Western Australian Voluntary Assisted Dying Guidelines to ensure compliance with the Voluntary Assisted Dying Act of 2019. Coolibah Care does not engage the services of medical practitioners or nurse practitioners to facilitate residents’ access to voluntary assisted dying. Consistent with legislative requirements, Coolibah Care will not impede a resident’s right to access voluntary assisted dying, nor negatively impact a resident’s dignity or right to choose this option. Coolibah staff may be approached in relation to voluntary assisted dying and will escalate the matter to a senior member of the clinical team to support access to appropriate information and resources relating to the VAD process.
